Sizes: 35-49 (2 1/2-14)

Note: when choosing your walking boots, we would recommend ordering one size larger than your normal shoe size to allow for thicker walking socks.

These fabric vegan walking boots are more breathable, but less water resistant, and are therefore best suited for wearing in warmer, drier conditions. If you need advice on choosing the correct style of vegan hiking boot for your needs, please contact us.

The Tibet boot has been named in recognition of Tibet and the Tibetan people, living under illegal Chinese occupation since 1950. For further details contact the Free Tibet Campaign on telephone 0207 8339958 www.freetibet.org

Just got my pair of Tibet walking boots. Very impressed. Good strong boot and comfortable fit.
Well done Ethical Wares.
tough pair of boots

Bought these boots in the summer and was surprised at how big and chunky they are. It didn't take long to break them in though they did pinch my toes horribly for the first week. This may be because I overdid at first and I'm a vegan and so bonier than most - after a week's rest they were fine. All in all, a very good pair of boots especially for the spring, autumn and maybe even winter - in summer something a bit lighter would be better as these made my feet sweat a great deal. But that could be just me again.
Worth every penny

My brand new boots have arrived this morning and oh my do they make my old pair look shabby!!! I have owned my previous pair for 9 years and have worn them all year round, they have given great service but sadly now must be relegated to the bin. I cannot recommend these boots highly enough, they are so comfortable, durable and look pretty darn good too, and of course best of all are totally cruelty free. Thank you ethical wares.
Just one request, please could you begin a range of footware for very small people (ie toddlers). Thank you
Hardy, steady, well-made ethical boots.

I've owned these boots for a few months now and I've not had a problem with them at all. I was concerned when I bought them as a number of shoes/boots I've bought from other ethical companies in the past hadn't been very durable, nor very well made, so I was pleasantly surprised these boots arrived in the post and they were everything I was hoping for!

The description claims that the boots are more breathable and therefore less water resistant than other boots, but so far I haven't had a problem rain or shine - though I put them through a great deal of hiking so far... The only issue I have had with them was that initially one of the boots formed a natural fold above one of the lower eyelets - putting pressure on my big toe which was rather uncomfortable for a couple of weeks, but managed to wear through. If you get a pair, try to encourage it to fold in the right places and you shouldn't have an issue.

Brilliant boots.
Excellent Summer hiking boot

I bought a pair of these boots in 2004, and I've been delighted with them. They are comfortable and give excellent support and grip. The soles on my old pair are well worn, and cracks have recently appeared in the uppers, so they are now relegated to shorter, less demanding walks. My new pair appears identical to the old pair apart from having a different tread pattern. I'm looking forward to another 9 years of hiking in them! (I don't wear them in the Winter, when I prefer a fully waterproof - and much heavier - pair of vegan boots).
