Delivery Charges

Overseas postage costs shown our website are based on the expected, average weight of a parcel. If an order is particularly heavy and will cost us more to send then the listed price, we will email you before we proceed with your order.

Our shopping basket automatically calculates postage costs up to £140. When you submit an order for £140+ we will advise you of the shipping costs by email and then await your confirmation before proceeding with the transaction.

Due to the high weight of chocolate, please check postage rates for overseas orders with us before placing an order, as this may differ from the postage shown on the online ordering system. COVID-19 Surcharges

One of the side effects of the covid pandemic is that there is now less capacity for moving freight, particularly outside of Europe.

So couriers have put their prices up and passed them onto the sender.

We have carried this cost since the start of the pandemic, at great expense to us, but can’t afford to do so indefinitely.

Reluctantly we will have to pass on, some, of the cost of this covid surcharge to customers ordering from us from outside Europe.

As soon as this surcharge has been lifted, we will of course be happy to cancel this extra cost.
