UK Orders
Most orders, when despatched, will go on a next day delivery service (weekdays only), excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands. This is a signed delivery service and the parcel will need to be signed for before it can be left. An evening delivery service is no longer available.
If ordering by post, allow 28 days for delivery or send postal order, building society cheque or order by credit/debit card for immediate despatch. Please make cheque or postal order payable to Ethical Wares.

Orders outside the UK
Payment for foreign orders to be in Pounds Sterling (Euro cheque, bankers draft or credit card). Click here for a currency converter (this currency conversion service is provided free by a third-party and may not always be available).
Please order in either the relevant UK or European sizes only. US/Canada customers should use the sizing chart to select the appropriate European or UK size. Please note that the prices stated include a duty (VAT Registration No: 629 7370 10) not payable outside the European Community. Therefore 17.5% will be deducted at the checkout from all prices (except the safety boots and the books, which are exempt from duty) for orders made from outside the EU (if this is unclear, check with us).
